Excellent service and convenient location

The free airport shuttle service was very convenient. I especially liked the pillows in the room. I even found a tag explaining how to order some (i will!). Alberto made great margaritas, and the blackened fish tacos were delicious. This meal was recommended by the front desk. The concierge lounge on the 9th floor gave me fantastic sunset views. Lois took great care of me while I enjoyed it.
The A/C made a concerning noise every five minutes (i was a bit worried).

The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. The provided toiletries were high quality and smelled amazing (i really liked them!).

The front desk staff was friendly. I appreciated that the hotel offered a free shuttle to both the airport and the train station. The coffee shop in the lobby offered quick snacks, a very convenient feature.
The bathroom door in my room lacked a lock.

the staff at the cafe impressed me with their dedication ximena in particular stood out for her excellent service the amenities were always clean. the cleaning staff did a great job i appreciated that.
the gym had very few facilities it was adequate at best

Lovely Lakeside Stay

I had a really nice stay. Lois and Ayu provide a great service in the lounge area. They are super friendly and very efficient. The pool looked beautiful and I like it was an easy walk to stores nearby.
I found that the air conditioner makes much loud noise. I did not sleep well. It blow directly at the entrance to the room. This makes it difficult to have quiet.

The Rooted Ground cafeteria provides quick meals. I tried the Caesar salad bowl and raspberry danish pastry. Andre provided very helpful service during the morning shift at breakfast.

My room looked clean and smelled fresh. The room had a lake view. It included updated features and everything worked. The step in shower has barn door slides that was awesome.
